1- The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"One's spouse is entitled to certain rights.”

2- The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"A believer is a brother of a believer. Hence it is not lawful for him to bargain upon the bargain of a brother, nor propose for (the hand of a girl) after the marriage proposal of his brother, until the latter (voluntarily) withdraws the proposal."

3- Abdullah ibn Umar reported that God's Messenger (PBUH) said:
“Do not marry only for a person's looks, for their beauty might become a cause of moral decline. Do not marry for the sake of wealth, as this may become a source of sin. Marry rather on the grounds of religious devotion.”

4- The Last Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
A believing man must not hate a believing woman (his wife); if he dislikes one trait in her, he will find another trait in her with which to be pleased.'

5- Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said, "A matron should not be given in marriage except after consulting her; and a virgin should not be given in marriage except after her permission." The people asked, "O Allah's Apostle! How can we know her permission?" He said, "Her silence (indicates her permission)."

6- The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Every one of you is a guardian and responsible for those in his charge; the man, in his home, is a guardian and responsible for his household; the woman, concerning her husband's property, is a guardian and responsible for what she is entrusted with."

7- The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“Allah shall ask every guardian about what he has been entrusted with, whether he preserved or ruined it.”

8- The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"Man would be committing a huge sin if he were to ruin whomever he supports."

9- The Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
“You shall not enter Paradise until you have faith, and you shall not have faith until you love one another. Have compassion on those who are on earth, and He Who is in Heaven will have compassion for you.”
10- The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
"There is no monasticism in Islam."
